Lumina Health operates as an independent, insurance-free practice. This model allows us to prioritize the care you actually need rather than the care limited by insurance mandates, ensuring every clinical decision is made solely between you and your provider. Depending on your health plan, you may be able to use your HSA to pay for your wellness membership up to $150 a month. Ask about HSA during your Discovery Protocol.

Our telehealth model provides direct, unhurried access to your physician from the privacy of your own environment. We currently support patients throughout Southern Arizona with high-touch, clinical leadership.

Yes, we understand that privacy and convenience are paramount. We provide in-person care to Oro Valley and the greater Tucson area. Mobile visits are available upon request to accommodate your schedule and provide care within the comfort of your home.

Our expertise covers a full clinical spectrum, including annual well-woman exams, acute needs such as the flu or infections, and the comprehensive management of long-term health concerns. However, we do not treat chronic pain. We provide a bridge between preventative wellness and necessary medical intervention.
